Carne asada, chicken, carnitas or al pastor Hand-rolled, fried golden brown, and filled with cheese. Served with a side of sour cream and guacamole. Enchilada style.
Add side of rice and beans to any chimi.
Fromfuturereference I ordered the carnitas chimi enchilada style and was fully satisfied with the dish. I was surprised by the size as it was a large chimi and they fully covered it in cheese and sauce. it met my expectations and went beyond.

Matthewpfeinstein Excellent food. The chimis had a nice crisp to them and the chicken was exceptional. The space is small, but the food makes up for it! Their menu is pretty large which allows for ample choices!
